Every booking is counted from our system and sent to you every evening, so you watch the number grow. On your call we check your clinic qualifies, and the guarantee goes into your agreement.
- The 3 weeks start when your system goes live (WhatsApp connected and ads approved), not on the day you sign.
- Your clinic has the fuel for it: an ad budget of 10,000 SAR or more a month paid to Meta, 1,000+ past clients with consent to be messaged, an average booking of 500 SAR or more, and free slots. We check it with you on the call.
- You keep the ad budget running, keep prices and availability up to date, and your team answers handoffs during working hours.

Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Meta from an ad account in your clinic's name (the monthly minimum is in the terms). We never hold your ad money. Our 7,500 SAR (≈ 615 KD) is paid only after the result, and covers running everything: the ads, the replies and bookings, the campaigns and the reports.
Can I pay from results, or a percentage?
Yes, after the result. Reach 100,000 SAR in 3 weeks and you pay a fixed 7,500 SAR once on day 21, then month to month. Miss it and you pay nothing. It is not a percentage of sales.
Which ads do you run?

Is there a contract?
Nothing before the result. Reach 100,000 SAR in 3 weeks and you pay 7,500 SAR once on day 21, then month to month; cancel any time. No setup fee. Miss it and you pay nothing and keep every booking.
Will the AI give my clients medical advice?
Never. It doesn't diagnose or say whether a treatment is safe for someone. Questions about pregnancy, medication, skin conditions or a reaction after a session go straight to your team. It only answers from clinic details you approve, and hands off to your team when it isn't sure. Real emergencies go to your clinic's emergency number.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
In most cases, no. We connect your clinic's number to the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so clients keep messaging the number they know. We confirm it for your number before setup.
